How long is my warranty, and what is covered?

All Hitek Group products come with a 2-year transferable parts and labor warranty. The only exclusion to this is from damages due to neglect or abuse.

I'm having a technical problem - how do I get help?

Please submit a ticket, email hitek@hitekgroup.net, or call us at 0086-HITEK (20-6620-6762). We make every effort to respond or assist you in a timely fashion. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours or less during the business week.


I'm not having problems with my audio items, but do have some questions. Can I still call or email for this?

No problem! Use the same numbers and email address listed above.

What do I do if I need to send in a product for servicing?

Call  0086-HITEK (20-6620-6762)  for an RMA number and send it in the original packaging to:

Hitek Group Co., Limited

Rm403, Daguang Road, Tianhe Disrict, Guangzhou, China 

What if I don't have the original packaging?

Please contact us and we will be happy to send you original packaging at a very nominal fee. Products shipped in non-original packaging are frequently damaged. Better to be safe than sorry.

Who pays the shipping costs when I send an item to Hitek Group to be repaired?

You pay for the shipping to us for repairs, and we pay for the shipping back to you.

What if my product is damaged on the way to you?

Hitek Group is not liable for damages that may incur while an item is en route to us, so please purchase insurance when you ship.
